Homework before the U-4 Exam

Remember:
on Friday 31st of March, 4B ESO and 4A ESO will do their U-4 exam, and on Monday 3rd of April, 4C ESO.

The day of the exam you must hand in your workbooks with pages 27, 28, 29 and 31 done and corrected.

As we didn't finish it in class, here you have the answer key, to check your work.

-          His / Her work (so far)
-          Comment on his/her major literary work (or the one you know/ get the most information  about):

●Film adaptations- include your criticism

Present perfect vs Past Simple


MUM: You can't play computer games,..
SON: But, I've already done my homework!
MUM: What about your room? You didn't tidy it yesterday.
SON: I've already tidied my room!
MUM: Ok... Then, you can go and meet your friends, but don't be late.
SON: Mum, but I wanted to play computer games now...
MUM: You've already played computer games today. Go get some fresh air! N.O.W.
SON: Thanks. 😒

We are quite familiar with Present Perfect now, but we haven't mastered it yet. We must know when to use present perfect and when to use past simple.
